We're raising good vibes with our smoothies, shakes, scoops, and tasty treats. 

Gnarly Blends is a smoothie and ice cream shop. We also serve feature baked goodies. We are serving up goodness at our location, 308 N. Patterson Ave in downtown Winston-Salem.

In our view "Gnarly" represents owning your individuality. The true form of Gnarly is being true to yourself, even when it's at odds with whatever is hip, or on trend. The purest form of "Gnarliness" is being 100% uniquely authentic.
